Frequently Asked Questions

Do you act on a “no win/no fee” basis?

We often take cases on this basis but not always. It depends on the circumstances of your case. We will advise you of the basis on which we are prepared to act once we have assessed your claim.

Are there any time limits to making a claim?

All claims have a time limit of some sort. The time limit varies depending on the type of claim and the individual facts of your accident. We advise getting advice at an early stage as you can never be too early but you can be too late.

Do I need to come into your office?

While we like to see clients face to face, we know it is not always possible. You might be in hospital or stuck at home due to your injuries. You might also be too far from our office. We can either discuss your claim over the phone or arrange to see you in person wherever you are.

How long will it take for my case to be completed?

There is no correct answer to this. It depends on many factors such as the extent of your medical treatment, how long it takes for your condition to stabilise, the evidence we need to gather to progress your case and of course the attitude of the insurance company. It is better to start your case early and there is no need to wait until your injuries settle before contacting us.
